The summer might appear ages away however in only a few months time it will be boiling hot again and the children will be out of school for the summer. Whether you plan to go abroad to visit family who you might not have seen for a while, exploring our beautiful country or just generally running around I am sure that you will want to be at your best!!! Summer is the time of the year when we need the most energy for those long days and the time we want to be looking and feeling our best. So don't wait and put it off...let's get started with our plan to make you "Fit and Fabulous"

Forever Fit RBS New classes's in small groups (no more than 5 women or girls at one time) and one-on-one personal training sessions are a great way for you to figure out a plan to start making your way to a fitter and healthier new YOU!

Our one-on-one personal training sessions

This is your opportunity to make the most of our introductory rates. What do we offer:

  • A free complimentary fitness screening and analysis to figure out what you need!

  • Mapping out a plan for both your short and long term health and fitness goals

  • A tailored exercise program for our sessions

  • A tailored exercise program for outside of our sessions

  • Continuous support and sharing information on your progress, with lots of pretty charts and written summaries of our work together

  • We support working together with your physicians and/or physiotherapists to ensure that all exercise is safe and effective for you.

New Small Classes

Often when we go to classes we can feel lost in the crowd and it is hard to keep up the motivation to keep on going week after week!

Forever Fit hopes to change that for you! Our new small classes for women and teens have only up to 5 people per class so we can moderate the classes and work with you to:

  • Get more from your workout

  • Keep the classes exciting by combining various cardio and toning styles such as Pilates, Kick Boxing, Aerobics and Stretching (which is very important and often overlooked).

We are offering one free trial class in March so please book in now as places are limited.
